Sunabeda

Sunabeda is a city in Koraput, India. It is the known as the Kashmir of Orissa, one of the coldest region, ideal for summer seasons holiday spenders.

The small township is spread across 10 square kilometers and house only families that are directly or indirectly associated with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited. The entire township is well planned and is a neat place. Plenty of green spots, a whole lot of evergreen trees everywhere and excellent drainage systems. Take a road in any direction and within minutes you will be at the foothills of the eastern ghats. Plenty of picnic spots.

Some of the 2 or more trains are connected up to Korput, Hirakhanda express is from Bhubeneswer to Koraput. From here to Koraput is only 20km. You can easily get local bus and taxis and auto to Sunabeda. the best train connection is up to Vizanagaram which is 134 km or Visakhapatnam 184 km from here you have to select road way.
